1. Shipping and returns

There are two ways you can exchange or return.

Firstly, you can exchange or return the delivered products within 14 days.

For this you must fill in the supplied exchange and return form and then send it in the package. See for conditions and the costs point 2 e.v.

A second way to exchange or return is by using your legal right of dissolution. Below is explained how this method of exchange and / or return works.

Step 1 Let us know within 14 days that you are using the right of dissolution.

You have the legal right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. These 14 days are considered as a reflection period in which you can assess the delivered product. The cooling-off period commences on the day of delivery of the products to the consumer or a third party by the delivery service. During this 14 day reflection period, you must handle the product or products with care. The product may only be unpacked and used within this period to the extent necessary to decide whether you want to keep the product. Any damage or depreciation caused by trying should be reimbursed. If you decide to make use of your right of dissolution, you must inform Audiovinyl in writing as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after delivery of the product by the delivery service, but preferably by e-mail (via the contact form under the heading customer service). to make known. In any case, make sure that you state at least the following information if you want to exchange or return it;

• Your name and address
• Order number
• Whether it concerns a return or an exchange.
• In case of exchange for which item you want to exchange the product

Step 2 Returning the products

If you make use of the right of dissolution, you must return the products to Audiovinyl as soon as possible but not later than 14 days after the day of dissolution. The day of dissolution is the day on which you inform Audiovinyl that you make use of the right of dissolution. You must send the supplied exchange and return form filled in in the package.When you send products back, you must pack them in such a way that damage is prevented. We advise you to return the products in the original packaging.

2. Conditions for exchange and return

You can only exchange products or return them if it contains no damages.The shipping risk lies with you. We therefore advise you to return the products by registered post.When returning the goods, make sure that the package is sufficiently franked. Products that are not returned with sufficient postage will not accept Audiovinyl.

Pay attention! If the above exchange and return conditions are not met, we are obliged to send the products back to you and to charge you the shipping costs.

3. Costs

If you make use of the right of termination, the costs for the return shipment will be at your expense.

4. Refund

If the products are received by Audiovinyl within 14 days after dissolution, Audiovinyl will refund the purchase price, including the costs of forwarding (excluding the costs of return shipment), within 14 days after the dissolution date. If the products have not been received by Audiovinyl within 14 days after dissolution, the period of 14 days in which reimbursement is required by Audiovinyl will not take effect until the products have been received by Audiovinyl.
