Rufus Reid presents Caelan Cardello
Caelan Cardello started playing the piano at the age of 5 and within 2 years he started a parallel study of classical piano and jazz. After a short introduction the duo goes wild. Quiet jazz in the combination of a double bass and piano. Two evenly matched artists. In addition to the intro, the LP contains 6 titles. The live recording took place in the Klavierhaus in New York City.
Rating
Under the direction of Michael Fremer, a beautiful audiophile LP has been delivered. Without the two artists noticing, they were using a recorder during their performance that captured it all on tape. Fortunately, so that we can enjoy their interplay and the quality of the recording.
Beautifully transparent.
