Myung Whun Chung
South Korean conductor Myung-whun Chung started his musical career as a pianist. He gave his first performance at the age of seven with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra. Myung-whun Chung received his conducting training at the Mannes School of Music and the Juilliard School in New York. He regularly performs as conductor with the Concertgebouw Orchestra.

ECM has released this LP with well-known pieces by Debussy, Chopin and Beethoven, among others.
