Die Kluge by Carl Orff is an opera based on the fairy tale "the wise daughter" of the Grimm brothers. Carl Orff, however, found that not exciting enough and added a number of crooks. The Rundfunk Sinfonie Orchester is responsible for the music on this beautiful double LP, 180 grams black vinyl that stands out because of the enormous spatial recording in which voices and instruments are perfectly placed, are displayed in detail, are individually recognizable and remain recognizable with their own sound. A huge internship is building up where the orchestra extends to the timpani far behind the speakers. The conductor is Herbert Kegel. The recordings were made between 1976 and 1979. A pleasure to listen to. Has been a reference for German audiophiles for years.
