Diana Krall
Diana Jean Krall is a Canadian Jazz pianist born on November 16, 1964. In 2000 she toured with Tony Bennet and in 2003 she started a relationship with Elvis Costello. Diana performed many covers, but her collaboration with Costello resulted in The girl in the other room, among others.
I have witnessed Diana live several times. She has a very recognizable voice and way of playing the piano.

This dream of you
A double LP in her famous style filled with covers. Well-known titles such as Autumn in New York, Don't smoke in bed and well-known titles such as Singing in the rain. Krall's support comes from Anthony Wilson on guitar, John Clayton Jr. on bass and Jeff Hamilton on drums. In a number of songs this is supplemented with an orchestra, a fiddle and some changes take place on drums and guitar. The recordings were made at different locations.

Review
High-quality recorded LP. From an audiophile point of view, the first two tracks on the D side are the most interesting. I wished on the moon and certainly How deep is the ocean reach the level of The girl in the other room (for many of us Krall's audiophile highlight).
