Gnosis by David Virelles supported by Roman Diaz and the Nosostros Ensemble is a 180 gram audiophile double LP, recorded in May 2016 in the Avatar Studios in New York. The music can best be described as futuristic Cuban - African Jazz. A multitude of musicians participate with just as many instruments. Recognizable as a double bass, saucepan, piano, flute but also to us unknown instruments such as the Marimbula, a kind of wooden box with metal or bamboo tongues that you can play with your hands or with a hammer.
