Dana Fuchs is an American singer and songwriter. She was born on January 10, 1976. Her name is pronounced Fyooks. Influenced by singers like Etta James and Esther Phillips. Her voice has been compared to that of Janis Joplin. Her LPs contain a mix of Southern rock, soul, roots, and blues.

This LP contains 11 titles. Blues rock with varied songs. Perhaps a synonym of Dana. Drink, drugs, alternating work as a secretary and stripper. I find Blue Mist Road the most intense.
Sturdy guitars with tube amplifiers, harmonica, organ and Dana's raw voice. Nice.
